Digital Product Access & Refund

Practical MBA products are delivered as digital PDF toolkits. After purchase, you receive access to the files immediately through Gumroad.

Because this is a digital product, all sales are final once the PDF files have been delivered.

Refunds are not guaranteed. However, we may review exceptional cases individually, such as duplicate purchases, payment errors, or technical issues that prevent access to the purchased files.

Refund requests based on change of mind after the files have been delivered may be declined.
